Blue Matter European Market Access Practice specialises in supporting biopharmaceutical companies to develop integrated value & access strategies from pre-clinical development throughout the product commercialisation lifecycle to enable clients to obtain optimal access and drive maximal product value in Europe. Our project types include access landscape assessments, access evidence strategy, and market access and pricing strategy development. Most of our work is in speciality therapeutics, with oncology and rare diseases a specific area of expertise.

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will join a start-up firm with a dynamic and growing team of seasoned consultants and have the opportunity to help grow and build the company. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute assigned project tasks
• Prepare materials for project meetings
• Execute analysis of primary and secondary research efforts
• Create and utilise analytical tools to support decision making
• Develop materials communicating results of analyses
• Identify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to inform market access and pricing strategies
• Demonstrate accountability for completion of project responsibilities
• Regularly engage senior-level clients

Desired Experience and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise and experience in market access strategy and excellence across the product lifecycle from early clinical development throughout the commercial lifecycle
• Prior experience in speciality therapeutic areas: Oncology, Immunology, Rare Diseases
• Demonstrated ability to integrate business and industry knowledge in developing solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Solid time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree(s) (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS)
• 4+ years of relevant market access consulting experience
