Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for technical and analytics roles across our India teams. The ideal candidate should bring strong sourcing capabilities, a deep understanding of the tech and analytics talent landscape, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and analytics positions (e.g., Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product/Tech roles).
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and align on hiring strategies.
  • Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, events, and talent communities.
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes, schedule discussions, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
  • Lead campus hiring initiatives end-to-end, including planning engagement activities, coordinating pre-placement talks, managing assessments/interviews, and building relationships with key institutes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide regular hiring updates, insights, and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help strengthen the company’s presence in the tech and analytics talent market.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring best practices throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–6 years of hands-on recruiting experience in India, with strong exposure to technical and analytics hiring.
  • Proven ability to source niche and senior technical talent in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data/metrics to drive hiring decisions.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a tech, analytics, consulting, or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
